David was in a good mood and Talkative.

jer7767 said in the December 1990.
“Taped this one myself and never traded it. We were at the back of the forum about 1/2 way up in the 2nd section. Great seats. A show loaded with hits from Bowie’s Sound & Vision Tour.
Only the first set up to intermission. Second set was taped on a cassette that didn’t make it back to Ottawa with me.
Can only assume I dropped it heading back to the car, because when I got home… I didn’t have it anymore.
Anyhow, this is a pretty good sounding tape. A bit muddy sounding which, in retrospect, isn’t surprising because I remember the show being extremely loud … and the place was packed to the rafters.”

David Bowie Tour band 1990 – Sound+Vision Tour
Bowie specifically chose a smaller band for the tour, saying in a contemporary interview that “It’s a much smaller sound. It’s not quite as orchestrated as any of the other tours. The plus of that is that there is a certain kind of drive and tightness that you get with that embryonic line-up, where everybody is totally reliant on the other two or three guys, so everybody gives a lot more”
David Bowie – vocals, guitar, saxophone[
Adrian Belew – guitar, backing vocals, music director
Erdal Kızılçay – bass guitar, backing vocals
Rick Fox – keyboards, backing vocals
Michael Hodges – drums
